БЕЛОК, СВЯЗЫВАЮЩИЙ ЖИРНЫЕ КИСЛОТЫ, -
СЕРОЛОГИЧЕСКИЙ МАРКЕР ПОРАЖЕНИЙ МИОКАРДА

Количественное определение сердечной формы белка, связывающего жирные кислоты (БСЖК), в сыворотке крови, как показывает анализ опубликованных данных, позволяет улучшить раннюю лабораторную диагностику острого инфаркта миокарда. БСЖК может быть также успешно использован в качестве предиктора серьезных осложнений у пациентов с острым коронарным синдромом и для мониторинга проводимой терапии. Исследование нового набора реагентов для иммуноферментного анализа БСЖК показало, что он обладает высокой чувствительностью и специфичностью (93,9 и 90,1 % соответственно) и может быть рекомендован для широкого использования в клинической лабораторной диагностике.
